SFX fixed!

In the previous version the audio killing of a cyborg was played in the master bus instead of the SFX bus. This way it was not possible to mute that sound. I had to enter in every level and fix that. Now the v1.0.1 has the correct behavior. Sorry for the inconvenience for who has already downloaded it!
